FTH is delighted to invite FTH researchers to participate in the IEEE-FTH workshop on 29 September, as well as the IEEE 802.11 TGmf ad-hoc meeting in Cambridge from 30 September to 2 October 2025.
Register to attend. Deadline 12:00, Thursday, 25 September
Dr Nikola Serafimovski, FTH Standardisation Director, has secured an opportunity for researchers to gain critical insights into technical standardisation processes and the direction of Wi-Fi. Participating in the IEEE 802.11 TGmf ad-hoc meeting gives researchers a chance to follow the evolution of Wi-Fi standards, experience everyday activities within standards bodies, and connect with experts in ways that can directly inform and strengthen their own work.
NB: If you are interested in participating in the IEEE 802.11mf ad-hoc, please ensure you register for an IEEE Standards Associate (SA) profile, as per IEEE policies, so your participation can be recorded. Participating in the IEEE 802.11mf ad-hoc meeting is not allowed if you do not have a valid IEEE SA profile. Please note, since this is a MAINTENANCE group, there will be significant focus on comment resolution of the baseline text and minimal (if any) discussion of new concepts.
